Cobalt Health
Cobalt builds scheduling software for outpatient clinics, where the user is a nurse with ninety seconds between patients. The brief was an interface — and a brand — that treats calm as a clinical feature rather than an aesthetic preference.

Designing for the ninety-second session
Every core task was rebuilt to complete in three interactions or fewer, measured against recordings of real front-desk shifts. The interface holds one decision per screen and never asks for information the clinic already has.

A colour system that carries meaning
Colour is spent only on state — confirmed, waiting, at risk — and nowhere else. Against a neutral field, a single amber cell in the day view is enough to pull the eye to the one appointment that needs a call.

Marketing the product with the product
The public site demos the real scheduler seeded with fictional data instead of screenshots. Prospective clinics book their own demo inside the tool they are evaluating, which became the highest-converting page.
What clients say
“Working with this studio was a transformative experience. They didn't just design a logo; they codified our future.”
